Joe Biden Has Already Formed a COVID-19 Task Force, and I Feel...Good?

Biden's election won't halt the COVID-19 pandemic or bring back any of the more than 238,000 American lives lost, but just the fact that he's already taking the disease seriously feels--somewhat depressingly--groundbreaking.
